Kevin Searcey (owner of Bettabytz)
In 1997 after losing my job in the printing industry of 20 years after a serious accident, I was now considered unemployable as I was registered disabled. Not sure what I wanted to do I went to college and did IT Studies level 2 and 3 along with publishing City and Guilds. At this time I got interested in computers and how they work so I decided to do computer maintenance and repair courses as well, levels 2,3 and 4 City and Guilds.
I really enjoyed fixing computers and noticed more and more people were coming to me for help. eventualy I had taken over our dining room as a workshop so I decided this is what I wanted to do, so in 1999 Bettabytz Computers was formed, starting with a market stall on various markets building up a customer base. Working from home was not ideal but it helped me get established.
In 2001 I purchased a shop 625 Woodborough Road, Mapperley, Nottingham NG3 5QG and have been here for over 20years serving Nottingham.
This Business means everything to me, In the early years it was a hard struggle, but I love it and all the fantastic customers who have come back to Bettabytz time and time again over the years.
The Staff Mick and Gareth have the same values as me and are fully committed to their work and strive to achieve customer satisfaction.
Our aim here at Bettabytz is to provide good quality service and a warm welcome to customers old and, new and this will always be important to us which I hope speaks for itself within our reviews.
